Junior Associate

Kail Nouel holds a law degree (LL.B.) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), obtained in September 2025.

She began her professional career as a paralegal at Medina Garnes Abogados (MGA), where she worked from 2023 to 2025, actively participating in the drafting of legal documents, as well as in the management and follow-up of cases in commercial, tax, and litigation matters. During this period, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, both jurisprudential and doctrinal, becoming directly involved in case analysis and the structuring of legal strategies.

In 2026, she was promoted to Junior Associate in the Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on Civil Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Criminal Law, Energy Law, and Family Law. Her professional practice is distinguished by the systematic integration of legal research as an essential tool to support her work, allowing her to add value in the structuring of legal arguments and in addressing complex legal issues.

She has experience in litigation and in handling proceedings before various courts and administrative bodies. She has also assisted both national and international clients, including Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, demonstrating her ability to adapt to diverse legal contexts and client needs.
