Admitted to professional practice in 2010. During his years of practice, Víctor León has acquired extensive experience in the litigation area, working on complex cases, representing financial intermediation institutions, as well as business groups within the main companies in the country. Likewise, he worked as a Lawyer for the President Judge of the Constitutional Court, from 2016 to 2021, acquiring important knowledge and experiences in the field of the public sector. He is a professor of the subjects Constitutional Law I and Special Civil Liability at the Pedro Henríquez Ureña University (UNPHU) and at the Iberoamerican University, as well as for the Diploma in Protection of Human Rights of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and the Diploma in Public Administration of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
