Tamara Haidee Aquino

Tamara Haidée Aquino Veras is an associate attorney at the firm in the Litigation Department. She has carried out her professional practice in the areas of Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Litigation, Telecommunications, among others.

She has a law degree, graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). She has a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure from PUCMM.

She has taken international courses at the American University Washington College of Law (WCL) and the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO).

During her university stay, she was editor-in-chief of the Communis Opinio Student Legal Magazine of the Law Students Committee and was part of various student groups.

Likewise, she participated in various national and international law competitions on behalf of her university. She is part of the board of the Latin American Council of International and Comparative Law Scholars, Dominican Republic chapter (Coladic RD), from where she has participated in the drafting of various amicus curiae presented before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IDH Court), the Court Constitutional and the Superior Administrative Court.
