Carla has been a lawyer at the firm since 2020, admitted to professional practice, with the distinction Magna Cum Laude, in 2018. Subsequently, she studied a Master’s Degree in International Business Law (LLM) from the University of Sorbonne-Assas, in France.
Carla Álvarez develops her practice in different areas in which she has collaborated since her beginnings. She has experience providing legal assistance to national and international clients within their needs and requirements of private law. She permanently advises on corporate and financial matters, as well as on strategic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and contract drafting and negotiation. She collaborates with partners and other associates on legal matters of all kinds, assisting her clients with all their legal needs.
Carla has participated in numerous complex cases of mergers and acquisitions of companies in markets such as energy, finance, health, among others, likewise she has collaborated with other partners and lawyers of the firm in important strategic transactions, estate organizations, real estate and tourism projects.
